All reservations must be confirmed by deposit of $100.00 per cottage within 14 days of booking
No reservation will be held after these periods
Cottage occupancy limits - 2 bedroom - 4 people, 3 bedroom 3-star - 6 people,
3 bedroom 4 star - 7people, 4 bedroom 4 star - 9 people (No Exceptions)
Weekend rentals. check in any time after 2:00 PM Saturday, check out by 10:00 AM Saturday
Weekend rentals, check in any time after 12:00 PM Friday, check out by 4:00 PM Sunday.
Labour Day & Thanksgiving weekend "Boat & Motor Special" -$100.00 (Friday - Monday) one per cottage, additional boats at regular price . Number of boat/motors is limited.
